Village Custom Homes was founded in 2000 by Keith and Tonya Spears in Salado, Texas. Keith focuses on the construction side of the business and Tonya assists clients with interior design and color selections.

VCH began by building for friends and family and then became a full-time business. At VCH, we build every home like it is our own. Our goal is to build a quality custom house that becomes a great home for our clients.
